These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the RE:BORN Commerce platform ("Service") provided by RE:BORN ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

RE:BORN Commerce is a SaaS platform that helps businesses manage their e-commerce operations, including:

• Product management and inventory tracking
• Order processing and fulfillment
• Customer relationship management
• AI-powered marketing content generation
• Integration with TikTok Shop, Google Workspace, and other platforms
• Analytics and reporting

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Upload malicious code or attempt to hack the Service
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Attempt to access data belonging to other users

When you connect your TikTok account:

• You grant RE:BORN permission to access your TikTok data as authorized by TikTok's API.
• You authorize RE:BORN to read your TikTok Shop orders and products.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect your TikTok account.
• RE:BORN will not post content to TikTok without your explicit permission.

• The Service uses AI (via OpenRouter) to generate marketing content.
• AI-generated content may not always be accurate or appropriate.
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publishing.
• RE:BORN is not liable for any damages resulting from AI-generated content.

• We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy.
• You retain ownership of your data.
• We do not sell your data to third parties.
• You may request deletion of your data at any time.

• The Service may offer free and paid subscription tiers.
• Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability.
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.
• We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

• The Service and its content are owned by RE:BORN.
• You retain ownership of your data and content.
• You grant us a license to process your data as needed to provide the Service.

• You may terminate your account at any time.
• We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms.
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

RE:BORN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Myanmar. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Myanmar.
